Richard Tanner has over 45 years in the construction industry and is the Quality Control Manager for this project.  His experience includes industrial, municipal, hospital, commercial and very high-end housing. His predominant role in the past has been as Superintendent, Project Manager, Quality Control Manager, Safety Manager, Contractor and Litigation Specialist.

Mr. Tanner is OSHA 30, EM 385-1-1 40, Competent Person Trained for excavations, fall protection, scaffoldings, Hazardous Energy, PPE, QSP and First Aid / CPR / AED / Blood Pathogens.  Mr. Tanner is certified for construction as well as Quality Control Certified by the USACE.  Mr. Tanner is also a qualified special inspector and State Licensed since 1977 as an Electrical Inspector, Mechanical Inspector, Plumbing Inspector, Contractor and Building Inspector.  His primary responsibilities are to enforce all quality control measures on behalf of the customer and BVB Construction.  He has the authority to stop and remove any individual that is not working safely and performing the proper quality control practices.  Mr. Tanner is the alternate SSHO.
